                       ENROLLMENT SYSTEM: ECPAC SYSTEM CORPORATION  for students Accounts, Records and documents.

 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

                       ECPAC SYSTEM CORP. is a system upgrading the Registrar Office computer networking system. The state of the art software program is introduce to enable to cope- up the systematic process of safekeeping students records as well as confidential documents of the school will be in order.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE SYSTEM

                     ENROLLMENT is very much important in a school or institute because it is the step should be done by students in order to be considered as students officially enrolled in the said institute.

SCOPE

                    The system cope- up the systematic process of safe keeping students records as they confidential documents. For the assessment of bills it will make the process easier and faster.

♥PROCEDURES♥

                    1. Get Preliminary Form to the Registrar.

                    2. Proceed to room 2 to fill up and copy the subject to be enrolled.

                    3. Return to the Registrar for corrections.

                    4. Get the Enrollment form from the Registrar to transfer the data written

                        the Priliminary Form.

                    5. Return the white form to the Registrar for corrections.

                    6. Proceed to the Cashier for the assessment of billing and pay the exact amount.

 GENERALIZATION

                         The system is well organized and it will take a short while for a students who wants to enroll in this kind of school. this kind of system is surely all your file will be safe.

KILLER ROBOT CASE

people who are partially responsible for the death of Bart Matthews:

     1. Randy Samuels- formerly employed as a programmer at a Silicon Techtronics Inc.

                                 - wrote the particular piece of computer program which was responsible for the robot

                                   malfunction.

     2. Cindy Yardley- she admit to faking the software test to save the job and her co- workers
.

     3. Martha -she announced that Ivory Snow Theory is 99 and 44/100% pure and there was no reason why robotics software had to be any purer than that. She stated repeatedly that Software is an oxymoron.
       

Top 10 list of action:

 1.Create a good interface design to allow operator to terminate the erratic robot behavior.

2. I will make the best out of my work.

3.Focus to it and give my full attention.

4.Fix lapses and errors as soon as possible.

5.Handle every part of the materials with utmost care.

6.Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the project to avoid any form of destruction.

7.Ask guidance to those people who know these things better.

8.Be patient and persevere to finish the work perfectly.

9.Be sure to make a wise decision in making a project.

3. If I were in Ms. Yardley's position i would not fake the test results only for the sake of my co- workers. as a Software tester, it is my responsibility to give accurate and true results whatever the consequences may be.

IS 101 AND 102 DISCUSSION

This two subjects is very interesting for a students in a reason that you can learn everything about a computer. like in IS 101, in this subject you learn about how to become a IS profession. There are many discussion we tackled such as the Foundation of Information System in Business, Competing with Information technology, Computer Hardware, Computer Software and many more.

In IS 102  we tackled about some behavior or value of an IS Profession and why we the IS students are needed in a business. We feel that we are already managers of our own because of some topics that we discuss like How to manage IT people or a company, The managerial strategies, and many more. There are also some topics that are interesting in this subject like Privacy and Intellectual Property. We are having so much fun in these two subjects not only that we learn in every topics we discuss but we have a beautiful and lovable teacher who is there for us and encourage her students to accomplish or finish these subjects and give us determination that soon we will be a manager or an IS Professional. That's why all I can say with this subject, it is a very interesting and challengeable one.
